I truly miss the old school utube videos on an unboxing, "what's in my bag, how to take care of, store, and style my bags"; real life has ENOUGH drama, so we don't need more on utube; utube has been a fun calming, and enjoyable avenue for me. I prefer the good old basics.

Ppl get bored with luxury because there are too many seasonal bags and all very fast outdated . The classic bags are prices too high for most ppl. So, owning some classic bags and outfits seems enough.

@@IsabellesStyle - Yes all kids seem to do that! Mine are 22 yrs old (graduated college last year, living & working independently 2 hrs from me) and 18 yrs old, graduating high school in 1.5 weeks and moving onto college in the fall. Don't mind me, I'll just be in a corner crying!

More vlogs with day in the life as a mommy, please! I feel that ever since I became a mom (4 months), I haven’t had any motivation to get into luxury items anymore. Would like to get inspiration from you on how you do it.
I agree with you that luxury TH-cam is changing! I recently started my channel, and noticed that it is harder to stay on top with all new collections and releases. Also, due to constant price increases, it feels like many feel ripped off and there is some anger towards many big brands. I think that there is also a shift for interests in mid-luxury brands. But I find it fun and exciting to continue as I often mix my content with my daily life or just discussing topics like beauty, food or my lifestyle in general. Keep up the good work! I love to follow you, so would be sad if you stopped.💕💖

Baby C is adorable in her traditional Korean outfit! She looks like a baby model! As for luxury, it will never go out of style. Interest may wax & wane a bit, but luxury items are always going to be valued. I think the old style videos of what’s in my bag and SLG unboxings are a great idea. I love them!

I miss the old TH-cam where people used to get excited about the little things and did more what’s in my bags, reviews, wear and tear updates and comparisons. Somehow it got so competitive a few years ago that all we saw from so many were constant luxury unboxings and nothing else it did get both tedious and unrelatable. Some people, who stated doing luxury only, have evolved into also doing less expensive brand unboxings, fashion tryouts from all price ranges and vlogs and I am really enjoying that too,

Yes please to old school luxury videos like detailed handbag reviews; handbag comparisons; most used & least used bags; bags I sold & why; luxury wishlist etc. we don’t need excessive hauls and unboxing; happy to watch you talk about your curated collection and the things you love 🥰
Don’t stress too much as to your baby’s eating solids/independently time frame. Every child is different. Some kids don’t really enjoy eating or just not hungry and can sit at the table for 2 hrs! I know parents (including myself) just spoon feed the child so we can get that part of the day over with. She will eventually eat solids and on her own. There’s no need to stress. It will happen in due time.
Hi, I think it is important that we buy what we love, and not necessarily the new trendy luxury items. We work for what we have, we should enjoy our items we bought with our hard earn money. And yes, I also miss videos when people give their opinion on a luxury item, how it wears, pros and cons etc. ❤

Change is inevitable when it comes to fashion, luxury and trends. Social media is changing, evolving and going into different directions. But social media is not necessarily the real world. A lot of people out there are doing their own thing. Buying what they want regardless of logos or minimalism. I also miss the old times, there was less drama, lol.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I think it’s great that TH-camrs are moving away from keeping up with luxury. Slow consumption is better for the planet, for our next generation. I think it’s totally okay to stick to what you like. I want my children to buy what makes them feel best, not what other people think will make them feel best.

The massive unboxing is so vulgar during this time, especially when so many people are struggling to pay there basic bills. I will understand if you decide to video only once or twice a month. I like watching your channel as it’s relatable watching how your life changed with babyC. She’s adorable. As a new content creator, I do feel like everyone is leaving when I am just starting. I am just taking it slow and I think that’s an advantage if you are creating content as a hobby and interest rather than as full time job. It gives you freedom to create content that you enjoy creating so if you enjoy old style videos, I am sure viewers will pick up that energy and enjoy watching them too! With baby throwing food, I find just putting a huge plastic art mat underneath chair was simple and effective to ease cleaning so you just lift the whole sheet up after baby feed done and slide food into bin

Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in H Q D U P S. If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.

I do miss the old school videos! However, I find my viewing patterns have changed. Before I used to watch anything and everything luxury but nowadays I only watch videos on items I am already interested in or people I just like to watch. I feel that you don't necessarily need to confine yourself to luxury content. It can be anything about you and your life, such as weekend outings, sharing of beautiful cafes, life as a new mom, etc. As long as you still love filming and sharing.....we love watching esp the growing up of baby C 😂

I love baby C’s hair 🤣🤣 I started baby led weaning with small chunks of steamed food like zucchini, carrots, baby broccoli, and just put small pieces and just a few in front of my babies and they eventually figure it out! Not too much or they might get overwhelmed or make a mess by throwing it everywhere, at least that’s what I experienced with my second baby 😅 so just like 1-3 pieces for them to figure out it goes in their mouth 😂
Oh and I made sure it was really steamed and soft. My son didn’t like grapes at first but he did eat blueberries and strawberries. I think the texture of the grape was too hard for him at the beginning but he eats them now! Bananas are also good to start with!

I like to view your videos because you’re not too extreme with lux items. If you’re buying something new, you’re selling something old. I also like your what you’re wearing videos.
In my opinion, individuals making average income may not have disposable income to buy luxury handbags and luxury clothing on a whim. That’s just not reality. I also don’t think it’s good when other influencers who make a lot of money from their Chanel buy luxury items like there’s no tomorrow (I.e diamonds, handbags, clothing shoes etc…). I actually stopped watching those influencers. I like to watch influencers who are more relatable. Where they are wearing brands we can all afford, sharing their quick meal preps, how they organize their closet or how they clean their bathroom or kitchen. Hope this helps for ideas for you.

Isabelle, I've seen these days coming for a while now. I've been missing the Old Luxury Community for years to be honest; yes I saw a change come when all the Collaborations began. Everyone pushing the same thing over & over and not sticking with any one thing - there are some exceptions who are still collabing withthe same companies. YTbers use to really share with their followers so the followers can make the best informed decision. Everything can't be perfect and the best...I know for me, everything couldn't be perfect and I'm sure many of the collab item would not be nice at all but if I was to INFLUENCE others, you WILL get the Good, BAD & the Ugly of what I share. Take it or leave it. Trust amongst this community has been dampened. Fake items being share, real items shared and returned...deception.
Anyways, I will be here if you you're still here and I have my favorites that I'm praying don't go anywhere. JC will truly be missed in this community & it hurts to see her go. I just Pray and wish everyone well. Thanks for allowing the rant.💜✨️

TH-cam in a way is very toxic (especially those luxury unboxing, cox most of us can't be lated). Don't get me, we all love brand bags, and I got quit fews, but my priority is not buying the "it" bags but put my hard earned money where it worth. I proudly said I own nice house in NYC, in my humble opinion, that's call investment. The whole luxury is kinda out of proportion, def not same anymore, and it will never go back to "old" luxury YT
Totally agree with everything you said!! Luxury is not an investment at all! It is just a very small portion of what we enjoy in life and real investments should always be prioritised! I still spoon feed my 9 month old. I've tried to let her eat on her own, she just ends up throwing everything on the floor despite having a catchy thing. She's a bit underweight and low percentile,so I'd rather ensure she gets the food she needs for growth.

I find the over consumption TH-cam videos a complete turn off and I actually feel nauseous watching them. Like so much in our modern world we seem to have lost touch with the simple things and a more slow paced lifestyle. I think the price increases are out of touch with the current climate.
I think the luxury community is having a identity crisis. I understand why: lots of worldwide crisis and the fact that maybe some content creators think that the subbies want different kind of videos. But the truth is that I really enjoy luxury handbag content. But now I struggle to find it! Like for example: How is it possible that goyard ha become so famous and yet I can't find any review?? Also maybe the content creators saw a little bit of less interest on some handbags videos but I think that is because at one point everybody was doing only hermes content! ( Just my opinions of course)
