One thing I love about you Pierre is your authenticity. I can tell you are very honest and speak your truth. You are extremely funny. I'm curious when you took that break from "Hollywood"what did you do to survive? Were you working?
The situation with Steve Harvey could have easily been avoided if Pierre communicated with Steve. He should have spoken to Steve and asked him if he could swear or do vulgar jokes or not. But instead Pierre took it upon himself to assume what type of jokes Steve wanted him to tell. Steve said he was cleaning up his jokes, he didn't say that other comedians on the tour should do the same. When in doubt just ask for clarification. Also Pierre it sounds like you need to build up a portfolio of clean jokes. You stated you were stumbling and trying to edit the curse words from your vulgar jokes, you would have had an easier time if you were more versatile and had clean jokes prepared for the shows. Instead you didn't and had to cut your set short, which made Steve mad at you. Which is understandable. Think about it.
I guess you missed the part when Pierre said he was just starting out as a comedian. We all at one time or other have made missteps, especially when you’re young.

Unfortunately, of the 4 of you, ONLY Carlin got his 'flowers' while he was here. You are an extremely "thoughtful" interviewer (and I've seen about half a dozen of your interviews). About 10 years ago, I had a conversation with a woman who was my boss at the time. I told her, "I appreciate you because you are "THOUGHTFUL". People have not been into words, writing, and the meaning of words, since the advent of the Internet and texting..............where everything is short and quick............."c u 8pm" and all that dumb shyt. It seems, "cool" and since everyone is soooooooo "busy" working on curing cancer, inventing alternative fuel sources, and giggling like a moron at cat videos on TH-cam...............mixed with playing video games...........you get the, "ain't NOBODY got TIIIIME for..........." "Yeah, O.K." But, all that shitty, inarticulate 'communication' very often leads to misunderstandings, anger, mistakes, and very financially costly errors. Anyway, I explained to my then boss.........."People THINK the word, "thoughtful" means, somebody remembers to send you a card for your birthday or whatever. I guess that 'could' be an example. However, the original meaning of the word (from Merriam Webster) is.... Thoughtful: 1) Characterized by careful, reasoned thinking. 2) Given to, or chosen, or made with, the heedful anticipation of the needs and/or wants of others. An EXTREMELY rare trait in these self-centered, I'm in a hurry, 'Ain't nobody got tiiiiiiiiime for............. narcissistic, 'it's ALL about ME!' times that we have been in (especially in America).
