Please try increasing the fevicol.quantity in your paste; you may feel slight difficulty in removing it but it will avoid cracks.

Mam is it 3.3 mm thickness board, don't you think it's very thin. Further it could bend. I want to try this... please reply.

It works perfectly, after applying wall putty and resin the board has become thik and hard. It didn't bend at all at my end.
You may select the board with more thickness if you feel so..
