This is quite an impressive improvement from exynos chip after a while
Back then when it first came out, a lot of games hasn't properly optimize the Exynos 2200.
Good thing however they optimize it, and now the performance of the chipset has been shown to be quite great, not as fast as 8G1 but at the same time it doesn't seem to have as much problem as 8G1 with heating and battery drain.
Bhai, Please mention that if you are testing it in AC room , coz many doesn't use it in AC room and suffer from overheating
Finally, a battery test! Thanks a lot 🎉
14hrs of SOT in video streaming proves that it's actually impressive!
I'll wait for the final battery test of the review 👍
Can you also try to run game test using emulators? PS2, PSP, PS Vita, NDS and Nintendo Switch?
Thank you for taking the effort and making the most detailed gaming review test video on the whole internet ❤ Keep up the good work bro 👍🏻
Thanks for appreciating bro 😊
@RONTEK : I always appreciate dedication, hard work and honesty. I have watched a lot of youtube video and comparisons on S23 FE and this was the most detailed one till date. Your hard work deserves more attention 👏🏻
please show the battery backup information on cellular data not on wifi
Thanks for doing gaming test video your videos are very quality nice job
Thanks for appreciating 😊
Excelente análise. Obrigado.
Quality and work put into this is impressive, nice work! See if you could get your hands on s21fe exynos and sd888 too, since many including me have purchased that phone during the sale. S23fe would be a better choice for next year's sale lol
S23 FE counterpart is SD8gen1 US variant
@denniszotomayor858 tbh, there's not a huge difference between 2200 and 8 gen 1 since both of them are manufactured by Samsung and both throttle pretty badly. 8+ gen 1, however, is impressive.
Does the processor run games at 90 frames? After a year?
I realized that there was a significant fluctuation of FPS when exynos 2200 was tested with Genshin Impact
Amazing review man. Waiting for the update!!! And please a Emulators test!
Te ganaste que me suscriba a tu canal! Saludos desde México.
helpfull video bro...thank
Best vid🎉
Can you please also test it after one ui 6.0 update ?
This is the first video I watch from you and I already love you. I would have to say you should remove the part where you play for 20-30 minutes because we all know we'll just skip that part ourselves. 😊
I've kept the 20 min game test for those who don't believe what I have to say without proof. And I've added time codes for those who want to skip.
Thanks for appreciating 😊
@@RONTEK you should put a jumpscare in the middle of the gameplay for those who dare to not believe you. Keep up the great work brother. 😁🫶🏽
I like video like this, i hope i can watch more video like this
The result of the PCMark battery test is pretty low. I've seen the S23 with its smaller battery do 13-15 hours on the same test. But the results of the mixed use test seem decent.
Thanks for the good quality video. Cheers!
S23 series phones have incredible battery life because of snapdragon 8 gen 2. That chip is excellent. However, if you compare with snapdragon 8 gen 1 phones, this pcmark score is on par if not better.
In fact, you can see my s20fe (snapdragon 865) review where the pcmark score was around 9.5hrs.
Of coz s23 series small battery but have small screen..
Why bro over heating during charge in samsung s23 fe tell the resaon
I am confused between Samsung s23fe and one plus 12r. I don’t want to deal with green line issue of one plus. But also on the other hand is exynos chipset better for long term? I don’t play any demanding games. I do only fb, TH-cam, web surfing and phone calls. Also some photograph should be usable too. Please guide.
The exynos chip in s23fe is pretty good, and for normal day to day use, it is more than powerful enough. Also, the cameras are much better on the s23fe overall.
However, for media consumption, OnePlus 12r is better as it has a bigger display. Also, in terms of battery life and charging speed, OnePlus is better.
Green line issue is something that you can't predict. So, don't base your decision on that point.
I get 5 hours with almost all power saving modes enabled and with only light use
Where is game cabinet is it app? Or what
Bro, can you check one thing... In cod mobile, does it support ultra frame rate in low graphics? I have seen the snapdragon 8 gen 1 version support upto ultra frame rate at low graphics. I wonder if exynos 2200 is capable of pushing that?
No, currently it doesn't support ultra frame rate at low settings. Maybe it'll be added later as call of duty and bgmi both are currently only showing basic graphics options, which means these games are not yet updated to identity this phone as a powerful phone. This usually happens when a phone is new.
Same thing is happening with my pixel 8 pro where asphalt 9 doesn't even show 60fps option even though it was available on pixel 7a.
@RONTEK hmm just as i thought. It might support ultra later, or might not at all support ultra, nobody knows ! I mean it's samsung's exynos we are talking about. Snpdragons gets recognized and optimized more than exynos so if we have the option to choose between snapdragon and exynos, we should always go for the snapdragon version, right?
@Sshaku99 Yes, snapdragon is always the number 1 choice. Second comes dimensity as it has become a lot more popular. And then there is exynos and tensor. They are getting better, but as they are limited to only 1-2 devices, the optimization takes time.
The most detailed review
Should I buy this for casual gaming ??
Can you make a video of s21fe snapdragon version
Very good battery and games review and if I buy this S23fe will be because of you 🙂
Can you compare the battery life of S23fe with S23 and S24 standard versions?
S23fe battery is way better than s23 and marginally lower tha s24 as i have been using s23 fe recently.
so is it good comparing to other flagship android dvices or latest iphones?
Its not as good as this year's flagship phones but pretty much on par with last year's flagship phones, especially Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 phones.
In daily activities such as Instagram and Telegram, etc., it keeps a few hours longer save battery than S21FE with continuous use?
I haven't tested the s21 FE but I have used the s20fe (both snapdragon and exynos) and s23 fe seems to have better battery than both those options... At least based on my current test results.
@@RONTEK thanks❤️
Sir do we face any lags in day to day usages or while playing games???
Not at all
so the exynos 2200 in s23 fe is better than last year S22 series well it’s the least Samsung can do. You can do it humming bird! 😂
Thumbnail alone got a like 🖖
Perfect review 👍
Thanks! 👍
So the battery life is better/worse compared to the A54? I'm still haven't decide yet whether should I buy the A54 or S23 FE, the main question is whether the S23 FE with the Dynamic Amoled and better Exynos chipset can outlast the A54 even with smaller battery.
S23 FE is smoother than A54, and you get all the features of One UI, and a USB-C port that transfers data faster, and you will be able to have a better experience with gaming and better materials, another detail to the advantage of the s23 fe is the best camera for both videos and photos, I would go to s23 fe
Dont compare s23fe and a54.. s23fe is a flagship..
@@AA-gh5zv tbf i don't care about all of that. My question is whether the battery life of the S23 FE are better than the A54 even with smaller battery.
@@tebuclub not fully flagship tho, let's say the S23 as flagship lite
I've not tested the A54, but usually, mid range chips are a lot more energy efficient as they are not very powerful. So, I doubt that s23 fe will give equally good or better battery life despite using a more energy efficient display. Having said that, the battery life of s23 fe so far is good enough.
Have you ever used Iphone 12 Pro? If yes, which one would be better?
No, I haven't used the iPhone 12 pro extensively, but I've definitely tried it. Both phones will give you a smooth experience and good cameras. But, it mainly comes down to the other devices you use. If you're using an iPad, Mac book, etc, an iPhone will definitely be a better option. However, if you're a Windows desktop/laptop user, this s23fe will be better as it'll be much easier to transfer files, get notifications, etc.
As the s23 fe is a brand new phone, it might be supported more than iPhone 12 pro and has some newer features like better 5g support, latest WIFI and Bluetooth standards, ray tracing support, type c port with usb 3.2 speeds, faster wired and wireless charging, 8k video recording, smoother and brighter display etc.
Brother I will suggest Test this with any Air conditioner off 😅.
What do you mean the game crach
Bro can you try wildrift mobile on samsung s23fe
Exynos 2200 and 8gen1 just needed this lol
Thank you so much mahn now in india this smartphone is selling for 33000 rupees so I'm grabbing that deal
Me too
Hey man, can you help me? I bought s23 fe after watching your videos a week ago. But it heats up a lot. Everything is updated to latest version. Even now while watching youtube it shows internal temp as 40 C. Even room temp is normal. It reached 43 C while watching instagram for just 30 min. Display and back also becomes too hot. I showed it to service center but they said its normal temp & only 48 temp is considered overheating.
Hi, this kind of overheating is a bit abnormal. There must be some app running in the background hogging on system resources, thereby heating up the phone.
I have given my s23 fe to my mom, and she is facing no such issues.
Try to find out if any app is behaving abnormally. You can do so by monitoring your battery usage for a few days and see if any app is using more battery than required.
Once you find any such app, remove it or restrict its background usage.
Also, go to battery settings and turn on "put unused apps to sleep"
And turn on auto optimization in device care.
Try these things and wait for a week for the phone to auto optimize.
If nothing improves after a week, try factory reset. That should most probably fix the issue.
We were recently on a trip where the daytime temperature was pretty high (35°C+).
Still, the s23 fe had no problems recording 4k videos for several minutes at a time.
Also, irrespective of internal temperature, does the phone feel hot to the touch?
I'm asking as after some medium to high workload, the phone's internal temperature does get high, but it's not hot to touch. It's just warm like any other phone.
It gets hot to touch only after some intense usage.
For example, right now, while I'm replying to your comment, my s24 ultra has an internal temperature of 37-40°C. But it's completely normal on the outside.
@@RONTEK There is no such app actually. I also tried setting performance profile to light and and changing display to 60hz. And yes the phone does feel hot to me. Watching instagram is not even intense task but internals went 43 and phone was pretty hot and hard to hold even in pretty cooled room. I will try hard resetting the device now. I appreciate your comment, thanks.
@@vedant_afbro i dont know if this helps but my iphone 14 was also heating up quickly and hot to touch while using insta discover page especially when using haptic touch to view videos and photos with out opening them completely.
So may be its an Instagram issue.
Hey try to search prformance profile on the settings and select light use. Totally a game changer. Thank me later!
Should I consider this one. I use my phone all day for videos, instagram and photos/videos. (Not gaming)
Will it heat very high while shooting photos and all in outdoors?
Nope, not at all. For basic tasks like watching videos and going through social media, this phone won't have any heating issues. Also, for photography, there won't be any issues. It'll only heat up if you shoot 4k/8k videos for a long duration or on a sunny day.
@@RONTEK Thanks. And does that bezel looks really odd in real life?
And When will you drop complete review of this. I am planning to buy this soon !!

The bezels are a bit thick, especially the bottom one, but with a case on and after a few days of use, they're barely noticeable.
I usually publish my review after a month of use. So, the review will be out early next month.
However, if you can't wait that long, I can say that so far, there are no red flags with this phone. It is a very well-balanced phone which is easy to recommend.
Sd Gen 1 vs Eynos ... Is it worth 50k for this ? or 1+ is much better in terms of the price and then u get Gen2
It all depends on your priorities. If high performance and gaming are your priorities, go for snapdragon 8+ gen 1 or gen 2 phones. However, if you want a camera centric phone with good enough performance and premium features like wireless charging and waterproofing, s23 fe makes more sense.
Can you do a test with no gaming?
How is it now with Android 14 & One UI 6 update? Does all this game run smoother or is it the same? I've been thinking getting this phone for budget reason. I don't game much, but looking at this and other reviewer test, this phone really terrible at gaming. If it's not improve, I think I just get S23+ now or just wait for S24 series.
I just got the update yesterday. I'll be testing all the aspects after the update and will include all my findings in the full review which will come in 7-10 days from now.
It's definitely not on par with s23+ when it comes to performance but it's definitely not bad.
amazing
How to use 120fps on your device with me the same device and give me less 60 fps How to evacuate 120 fps exynos 2200 S23fe
We cant see if you encounter framedrops coz you fast forward your gameplay 🤦♂️
Can u tell which fps meter u use??
This is samsung's fps meter. You can enable it using game plugins. There are a lot of videos on youtube that show how to enable it.
Try some emulators like Yuzu, Dolphin, AetherSX2 and others.
Mind if I ask how you used PC MARK if it can't be downloaded on mine
It is a simple download from the Play Store. I'm surprised that you can't download it.
Hey brother it says it isn't available on my device since its built for older version of android
Did you download an apk or something
Don't know why you're facing this issue. I can easily install it from the play store. I installed it right now on my new Pixel 8 pro with Android 14. Even on the pixel, I didn't get any message saying it was made for older versions of Android.
Are you sure you're trying to install the one from UL LLC (the makers of PCMARK and 3DMARK).
This one was last updated in June, 2021. So, it's not that old.
Here's the link
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.futuremark.pcmark.android.benchmark
Anyway f it. Might be not available in PH. Same link and app
Thanks for your help brother
make compare video of s23fe 2200 and s23fe 8gen1 battery,perfomance,camera
Sorry, I don't have access to the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 variant of this phone.
maybe im expecting too much on a phone
My battery lasts only 1d on computed usage by samsung for some reason
Oh well, guess my 2 year old m12 really is a battery king
Some reviwer says the phone throttle too much is it bad compare to snap dragon 8 gen 1
Well, you can see in this video that there was pretty much no throttling. All games played at a good frame rate. You can also see my benchmark video, where I've done 3dmark stress tests as well. Even there, the lowest score was about 70% of its best score... which is on par with snapdragon 8 gen 1 performance.
This phone has a big vapor chamber cooling system. So, it doesn't throttle too much.
@@RONTEK ok ok thank u ...compare to snap dragon 8 plus gen 1 performance is it bad
Snapdragon 8+ gen 1 is definitely more efficient and powerful, at least by 15-20%. Exynos 2200 can't be compared to it.
This is not the right phone to get if performance is your top priority. It's just that the performance is not bad... it's better than what you usually expect with exynos.
@@RONTEK thank u so so much for your honest review
@@RONTEK then compare to 8 gen 1 not 8 plus gen 1 is it terrible
I got it in a deal along with charger under 33k. I hope it's worth it. I am concerned about heating. I dont play games at all.
Hows your experience? With battery
How is it now?

UFS 3.1
This was my worst purchase
No one can get screen time more then 2:30 hours
S21 fe or s23 fe which one is batter?
From performance perspective, s23 fe is definitely better. Also it will get more updates in the future.
But as an overall package, both are very similar. So, if performance and updates is not a top priority, s21fe is a good option.
But if you want a newer phone which is more future proof, s23fe makes more sense.
You can check my full review of the s23fe here.

Gpu watch uses 10 % of gpu power so gaming should be better without gpu watch
I don't think that gpuwatch is such a big resource hog. Also, I've not noticed any difference in frame rate with and without it being enabled. The only difference I've seen is that some games tend to crash when it is enabled.
@@RONTEK it is i use it on my s22 plus may exynos some back up
Don't buy please after 2 months battery 🔋 issues worth 🔪
So, battery life is even worse than the pixel 7a.. Yikes
No, it isn't. As I've shown in the video, the phone performed well in all battery tests. It will only get better as the phone learns usage patterns. Also, after I was done with this video, a new update came. That might improve performance and battery further. The final verdict will be in my review video.
did you ever watch the video?
@@reziee5897 I watched this video and the 7a video and compared the numbers. Did you watch the videos?
For mixed use usage, 7a got SOT of 7 hours. S23 FE got 5.5 hours.
