Good call on the steering wheel change - there's something a bit weird about the loose, squidgy top on the standard item. Opinion seems to be divided on completely changing fluid on these transmissions at high mileages with some advising doing incremental changes, taking fluid from the radiator oulet at intervals which I think I might try. It worked OK on the 240.

Hey Nicholas, I found the parts on Facebook marketplace. Two different breakers had what I needed so it worked out perfectly

What did you do with the old seats. I want one of those driver's ones.

Ah Bobby I am sorry. I tried to give them away with no success so they went to the scrap man in the end. Managed to give away a rear seat back. I unfortunately didn't have the space to store them, the drivers bolster was in a bad way.
