The first (and only) ArroyoFest to date was hosted on June 15, 2003, a full seven years before the inaugural cicLAvia on 10/10/10. The event was ahead-of-its time and left an indelible impression on those who had the opportunity to explore the Arroyo Seco Parkway that morning. Five years in the making, the 20-year anniversary ArroyoFest will be only the second time the public can experience this national historic byway - first opened in 1940 - up close.
