I started working out with your TH-cam programs about 3 years ago. I’ve progressed to some of the programs on your app as well. I’ve completed both Iron 1 & 2, Epic Endgame, CGXmas series, and 30 Days of the Beastmode; which I’ve taken a break from atm. So I’ve currently decided to try the Fuel series. I just finished Day 3 of Fuel. I want you to know I’m absolutely loving this program, so far it’s my favorite. Has just the right combination for me of both weights and cardio. When I first began working out, I could barely lift 5 lbs above my head. Today I lifted 30lb dumbbells above my head just to see if I could. I lost my son on December 18, 2023. He was 17 days shy of turning 25 years old. This is the second child I’ve lost. My youngest also passed away at 2.5 months from SIDs. …I feel like you’re a blessing from Christ/God. My son was also a workout junky (like me). His last Christmas gifts (Christmas 2023 I received his gifts by mail the same day I received the call that my son had been killed by machinery at his job) to me were wedges and bands to help me do your workouts. Prayer-God/Christ, my family, and your workouts programs have helped to keep me motivated since his passing. I want to thank you CG from the bottom of my heart for being a blessing from God, whether you realize it or not-you are. Thank you, and much love and respect from Northeast Georgia, USA. Hi Shay...I’m sure you’ll be fine! I often find that once you get into a workout you forget about the soreness! Somehow you just focus on the exercises and suddenly it feels OK! It’s my upper body that is most sore today! I’m sure you’ll smash the workout...have fun! Matthew PS...just finished...it was certainly hard...but fun too! I’m sure you’ll be fine once you start! I think that is the BEST glute and hamstring workout you have EVER done CG. Normally I really struggle with them and feel a bit disappointed that they are tough, but don't really get my HR up. This is why i LOVE FUEL; I get to lift and do some cardio; our hearts needs this! xxx

I think back to when I started Epic I and how I could not comprehend Caroline's strength and endurance...and now almost 2 years later I find myself using some of the same weights as Caroline and matching her pace at times. It's amazing to me how far I have come thanks to Caroline and the amazing gift of these high quality, free workouts.
Ooof - feeling those glutes. I was so grateful that the hip thrusts were first so that we got them done and out of the way! Definitely going to appreciate this work when I'm out backpacking this summer! Thanks, Caroline!

Morning, Matthew... I don't know how Caroline is delivering better and better programmes each time. Fuel is brilliant so far, I am enjoying this workouts like crazy. This one was an epic session. Starting with hip thrusts to fry your glutes in the first two minutes and than you go into sumo jumps and your heart rate goes up and then you inflict serious burn during rear step lunges and forward lean lunges( brutal). The finisher felt I don't have glutes anymore haha. I love the come back of glute jumps, I love doing this and it is so interesting how much more difficult they are after you did 30 min of work before. I know you are going to love this one. Have a nice rest day tomorrow, we will all need it!

Hi Connie...I’m the opposite of you! I really find it hard to stay awake after 10 pm but at 6 am I’m always wide awake and ready for Caroline’s workout! You’ve got lots to look forward to in this one! I loved the mix of exercises...those forward leaning lunges towards the end are just killing...and the finisher is a good little workout in itself! Glute day....never my favorite. Yet, I truly enjoyed this workout. I did have to decrease the weights on the lunges after losing my balance using 30#! I switched to 25#, placed 1 finger on the couch to help with my balance. I had trembly legs even with the 25s. Thanks CG for another tough, fun workout! I am FUELed!
Since finishing the Beast Program I decided to do Fuel. This is a great program! I'm proud this 60 yr old was able to keep up (while on vacation). Can't stop, won't stop! Thank you Caroline 😊

Caroline I say it over and over your are amazing and I love all your workout and the variety . I think I really needed fuel and it’s pairing well using heat as a add on . My goal is to do all your programs and I thought that the fastest way is to do two programs at once . Instead of doing suggested add on .. I started that during iron by adding heat . Now I have 6 weeks heat left and 6 weeks fuel left .. I have been doing the week series during the breaks in between the longer series . Thank you ever so much caroline you are the best !!!
As we go into day 3, I have to say that I'm loving the FUEL series so far, it's like Epic Heat but tougher and I know because the last couple of days are the first times I have had DOMS since Endgame. I can't wait for the next six weeks. Thanks Caroline!!
So true!! I finished Epic Heat last week and I said to myself 'PFFFT nothing can beat that. Not even Fuel' Boy was I wrong! I'm not in pain like others who have maybe just started with this programme but man, it's still kicking my butt!! I love it though, well done to you too for completing Heat. It was amazing.
My glutes and legs were still store from Day 1 of Fuel. Used 14.5kg and 15kg each. Loved this work out! My buns of steel - still to come ha ha - were on fire!! Loving this series so far! Just love all the variety you put out Caroline! Always changing things up - keeps the body guessing!!
It's only been a few days and I'm ENJOYING the different Kind of Challenge of FUEL. Time flew with Days 1&2. These 6wks is sure to be Interesting and Super Fun. Well done Trish. It was indeed a burner and agree those leaning lunges were ouch😱😱 the sumo squats were not so hectic either🥵🥵 loved the finisher. Was a challenge. Went on to do glute add on and that was really OUCHIE!!! Had to pause a lot during it. Good to pull out the ankle weights. Can feel upper body getting sore after yesterday. Rest day tomorrow so will do my run. Have a good one😊

I am so very thankful for Caroline and her willingness to study and research and create these incredible formats for all the different series and free of charge. The workouts keep challenging my body and I feel so great. I wear my Garmin to monitor my heart rate because it is really getting up there, which is so beneficial. I just drop the weight and keep going slower till it gets back to the target area and crank up the intensity again. I am already getting results. Today my heart rate didn’t spike as high…I’m a day behind…I guess Caroline blew the carbon out of my engine with Fuel 1 for Legs…hah! I LOVE CAROLINE’s WORKOUTS…

These videos are exactly what I want and need! I did 80 Day Obsession (Beach Body) in the past and it was effective, but also the workouts were really long and I didn't like the instructor. I didn't know what else to do, though- I'm so happy I found Caroline! These workouts are effective, I can do them in a shorter period of time, and Caroline is actually enjoyable to workout with. ☺️ Even more amazing: It's free!! Thanks so much for this series!

Ha ha I'm playing catch up also. I just finished Epic 1 on day 1 of Fuel. Today at 1am I did Fuel day 1 and tonight I will do upper body and today's lower body workout (I think I can do it.. Will see lol. I want to catch up so I can workout the same days the rest of the videos come up lol.

Great workout! Jumping back in to the exercise game after *way* too long out of it😅 Felt this one. I really had trouble with the mechanics of the finisher. For some reason I can’t get more than a couple inches up on one leg before falling over (probably a strength or flexibility error on my part) so I had to modify with weighted bridges.

This was so good. The format was excellent! I used 35lbs for hip thrust 50lbs for sumo squats and 30 lbs for remaining exercises. The forward leaning lunges were so demanding.

Fuel day 3 COMPLETED! I have been doing your workouts consistently for almost a year and Fuel makes me feel the muscles I was not aware of 🤭 or I haven't feel them the way I feel now 🤪 so... What was that finisher🥵 I am completely soaked and its 6:44am😂 wow fuel is off to a furious start. The workout was great, used my 22.5kg for the first time today for thrusts and sumo deadlifts, but the single leg bridges are just so difficult for me😩 Did some staggered, some (not a lot) single leg ones and sometimes just used both my legs… I hope I can improve on the single leg ones, but it just feels SO awkward to me? anyone else?? Hi Shay...I’m sure you’ll be fine! I often find that once you get into a workout you forget about the soreness! Somehow you just focus on the exercises and suddenly it feels OK! It’s my upper body that is most sore today! I’m sure you’ll smash the workout...have fun! Matthew

I think that is the BEST glute and hamstring workout you have EVER done CG. Normally I really struggle with them and feel a bit disappointed that they are tough, but don't really get my HR up. This is why i LOVE FUEL; I get to lift and do some cardio; our hearts needs this! xxx

I think back to when I started Epic I and how I could not comprehend Caroline's strength and endurance...and now almost 2 years later I find myself using some of the same weights as Caroline and matching her pace at times. It's amazing to me how far I have come thanks to Caroline and the amazing gift of these high quality, free workouts.

Morning, Matthew... I don't know how Caroline is delivering better and better programmes each time. Fuel is brilliant so far, I am enjoying this workouts like crazy. This one was an epic session. Starting with hip thrusts to fry your glutes in the first two minutes and than you go into sumo jumps and your heart rate goes up and then you inflict serious burn during rear step lunges and forward lean lunges( brutal). The finisher felt I don't have glutes anymore haha. I love the come back of glute jumps, I love doing this and it is so interesting how much more difficult they are after you did 30 min of work before.
I know you are going to love this one. Have a nice rest day tomorrow, we will all need it!

Glute day....never my favorite. Yet, I truly enjoyed this workout. I did have to decrease the weights on the lunges after losing my balance using 30#! I switched to 25#, placed 1 finger on the couch to help with my balance. I had trembly legs even with the 25s. Thanks CG for another tough, fun workout! I am FUELed!

Caroline I say it over and over your are amazing and I love all your workout and the variety . I think I really needed fuel and it’s pairing well using heat as a add on . My goal is to do all your programs and I thought that the fastest way is to do two programs at once . Instead of doing suggested add on .. I started that during iron by adding heat . Now I have 6 weeks heat left and 6 weeks fuel left .. I have been doing the week series during the breaks in between the longer series . Thank you ever so much caroline you are the best !!!
As we go into day 3, I have to say that I'm loving the FUEL series so far, it's like Epic Heat but tougher and I know because the last couple of days are the first times I have had DOMS since Endgame. I can't wait for the next six weeks. Thanks Caroline!!

I'm not in pain like others who have maybe just started with this programme but man, it's still kicking my butt!! I love it though, well done to you too for completing Heat. It was amazing.
My glutes and legs were still store from Day 1 of Fuel. Used 14.5kg and 15kg each. Loved this work out! My buns of steel - still to come ha ha - were on fire!! Loving this series so far! Just love all the variety you put out Caroline! Always changing things up - keeps the body guessing!!

Well done Trish. It was indeed a burner and agree those leaning lunges were ouch😱😱 the sumo squats were not so hectic either🥵🥵 loved the finisher. Was a challenge. Went on to do glute add on and that was really OUCHIE!!! Had to pause a lot during it. Good to pull out the ankle weights. Can feel upper body getting sore after yesterday. I am so very thankful for Caroline and her willingness to study and research and create these incredible formats for all the different series and free of charge. The workouts keep challenging my body and I feel so great. I wear my Garmin to monitor my heart rate because it is really getting up there, which is so beneficial. I just drop the weight and keep going slower till it gets back to the target area and crank up the intensity again. I am already getting results. Today my heart rate didn’t spike as high…I’m a day behind…I guess Caroline blew the carbon out of my engine with Fuel 1 for Legs…hah! I LOVE CAROLINE’s WORKOUTS…

These videos are exactly what I want and need! I did 80 Day Obsession (Beach Body) in the past and it was effective, but also the workouts were really long and I didn't like the instructor. I didn't know what else to do, though- I'm so happy I found Caroline! You won't get full results without rest days. Rest days are healing and building days. How are you going now?

Great workout! Jumping back in to the exercise game after *way* too long out of it😅 Felt this one. I really had trouble with the mechanics of the finisher. For some reason I can’t get more than a couple inches up on one leg before falling over (probably a strength or flexibility error on my part) so I had to modify with weighted bridges.
Loved the bridge jumps! I was going to do the alternate, but decided to give them a try 👍👍win for me today! 😃😃 Thanks Caroline!!

This was so good. The format was excellent! I used 35lbs for hip thrust 50lbs for sumo squats and 30 lbs for remaining exercises. The forward leaning lunges were so demanding.

Fuel day 3 COMPLETED! I have been doing your workouts consistently for almost a year and Fuel makes me feel the muscles I was not aware of 🤭 or I haven't feel them the way I feel now 🤪 so... I am anxiously waiting for Friday! It's kinda love-hate relationship we have ❤️ currently I love you, let's see what Friday will bring 🤣

The 2nd leg day of the fuel series! Even sore legs didn’t hinder me doing this workout as totally different muscles are targeted vs Monday’s leg workout. That’s why I love Caroline’s workouts🥰❤️🤩🥳

Wow, that was hard ,, and those Elevated lunges get me every time , thank goodness I am so much stronger with Caroline's help I always hated any kind of lunges, now I have more love for them, thank you Caroline for another amazing day of feeling awesome qith you each morning, ❤❤, love to all
What was that finisher🥵 I am completely soaked and its 6:44am😂 wow fuel is off to a furious start.
The workout was great, used my 22.5kg for the first time today for thrusts and sumo deadlifts, but the single leg bridges are just so difficult for me😩 Did some staggered, some (not a lot) single leg ones and sometimes just used both my legs… I hope I can improve on the single leg ones, but it just feels SO awkward to me? anyone else??

Today I did this workout and the add-on workout, OMG I almost cry but I did it. I LOVE THIS COMBINATION weights with a little bit of cardio. Sooo fun. Thank you Caroline 🥰🥰🥰🥰
My upper body feels like it’s been run over by a car 😳😅 I’ve been training with Caroline for 1 1/2 years, but she never fails to challenge me! This was a Glute & Hamstrings Day I actually didn‘t dislike, they are my least favorite 🙈 But this one was great 👌🏻 Good job everyone, here we come well earned Rest Day! ✨
Totally loved it!! I still feel my legs from Monday, my arms from yesterday..and I love it!!! The time is also perfect. I combine this with my half marathon training and I love how stronger I am getting. Thank you Caroline.
