I loved that this family was sooooo HAPPY. They truly liked everything...which I also loved. Their home is beautiful. I also got some FAB ideas for redecorating...with happiness because you made everything seem so fun. They are a sweet family and you are a sweet employer.
So she asked Target to help her....well, for the free advertising, Emily didn't have to pay anything for this makeover so she really wasn't thanking her nanny...she was getting freebies and Emily's business got attention!! No thank you!

Why didn't the first thing you see when you enter a home get redone...the front door? First impressions, you know! At the 3:20 mark, look at that ugly brown front door! Why wasn't that done??? And BTW, this wasn't a surprise makeover since she was told ahead of time it was being done!
