Everything working well but only my motor is not working without itself! After turn on by the button it will not rotate when i give force by hand it will rotate with minimum speed! So what should I do?

First you need to open the circuit board of the fan if you want to repair by self.. Then check all smd components (circuit) one by one,if anything burnt you can see then change the component and check

Use a higher quality usb C cable and it will work well, the cable shipped with it doesn't power it well.

You can use a buck converter in the motor input
