We done a very similar job with a second hand 12 unit on a second unit , ours had air gates feeders cluster removers and meters it cost €8000 to buy but by the time we had it in we felt a new parlour after grant wouldn’t have been much more expensive but it’s good to see a man talking realistic and not going over the top spending , best of luck

At least in Ireland you have the EU!.In the UK not so, so the uncertainty is a big factor. What you have achieved on your budget and being careful and looking towards expansion in the future.
