They have them on extended-cab pickups and other cheap cars. They are a pain because due to safety reasons, you have to open the front door before the back. Safety issues are why they're called "suicide doors".

The last Bentley was made in 1931 and the last Rolls Royce was the Phantom II so neither BMW or VAG are building true Rolls Royce cars. However just to put you right, it was VAG who snuck in and stole the RR factory from under BMWs nose who had been negotiating it for months but VAG didn't do their homework properly and neglected to notice that the RR badge was being negotiated separately and they have looked stupid ever since (like their cars).
