😂 I’m not gonna lie, I was chuckling so bad when you were Waffin’ over the side. It’s only funny because I can relate. So glad you got a nice limit while you were out there.
PK, that was a fairly smooth ocean, looking down will compound the motion sickness. Another thing that helps is Gas Station Banana nut muffins, they go down and then back up with ease. Nice string of rock fish! Murphys Law, the hogs show up after the limit. Good Show PK!
Hopefully see you out there next year. Had planned on having a new Lightning Nomad on the water by late last month or this month, but Murphy decided I needed to have some unexpected expenses so....buying one this Winter and getting it rigged for the Spring. I went out of Depoe on a charter a few weeks ago. While it wasn't bad and I'd even suggest them, not going to do that again. Will wait til I have my yak. Going to work on surf launching so I have more options. Would REALLY like to get out down around Coos Bay/Bandon. Some amazing fishing down there, just not a lot of good access.
So jealous of anyone who can go fish out at sea. I got seasick once and never want to experience that again so its bank fishing and jetty fishing for me only.
Those were some good fish tacos too. Thanks for the invite!
Awesome video and great to see Lynn seeing him made me think of the old videos at Coos Bay
Had a great time out there, PK. Can’t wait for the next one!
that looks so good. Getting seasick is the worst i feel for you. great video
That's being a trooper !!!! Congrats on your catch

@@NorthwestOpenSeason thanks, Nick. Getting seasick is still better than being at work. 😁
Wow I freaked out when I saw the park in the end! I live just a few houses down the street so bummed I didn’t see you!

thanks for the tips, Ed. I'll have to remember the gas station banana nut muffins next time.

I agree, Coos Bay/Bandon is excellent for fishing. It's 3 hours from me, so a little too far.
Real life struggle bro.
Appreciate your dedication.
