The constellation altar unlocks which is the perfection to nirvana stat bonuses for reaching milestones and then reincarnation area opens after the countdown as well!

Hello how much weapon cast is needed to cast a zodiac weapon?

If i recall correctly its 10 shards to unlock it (purple casts) to make it possible to equip but you'll need several 100 more in order to level it up enough to give it better stats than your default cast
