Copper Creek - Deluxe Studio - Room Tour

- This is full room tour of a deluxe studio at Disney's Copper Creek Villas at Wilderness Lodge Resort. This is a Disney Vacation Club room, but it can be booked through Disney's website as well. Our room number was 1139.
Copper Creek is located at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort. The food options, pools, and activities are all shared by Wilderness Lodge, Copper Creek, and Boulder Ridge.
The deluxe studio sleeps up to 4 adults and does not leave much space once the couch bed is pulled out. Utilizing the under-the-bed storage will definitely be needed if you have four people in this room with several suitcases.
The views aren't chosen when booked, so it is random, but this resort has lots of trees and greenery, so most views are still really pretty and natural.

The room looks really nice, I like the barn door in front of the bathroom and it's amazing how quiet the room is with the pool being so close!

We were supposed to go to Boulder Creek in one week, but my son got sick. He’s on the mend, but to be safe we rebooked for February. BC was booked so we booked Copper Creek. It looks really nice - although I’d be happy anywhere!

@@HereWithTheEars so we’re back from our trip. Copper Creek at WL is now my new favorite Disney hotel - we LOVED it!! But, I wonder if they gave us an upgrade?? I booked the deluxe studio, but our room was really larger and the bedroom was not in the same room as the living room. It didn’t have a door, but it was definitely a separate bedroom, plus we had two big screen TV’s. It was really nice!
So glad you enjoyed it!! It sounds like you got one of the coveted "15" rooms at Copper Creek. There are only 5 of those studios (floor 2-6) and they're the most requested rooms at the resort. They're a bit larger and have a very different layout, as you noticed 😃

now i understand about the "walk in shower". So i assume that a 2 bedroom lockoff with walk in shower is referring to the walk in shower in the studio section of the villa. Good to know! This is a really nice looking room. I hope we're able to book it for a few days next summer. We'll need one studio and one 2 bedroom lockoff. Fingers crossed we can snag them for a few days in july.
We always stay in the room with a walk in shower. On our next visit we will be in a room with a tub. I'm glad I found your video so I can see what the bathroom looks like. Everyone else seems to only do videos of the walk in shower. Do you know if they have these studios (one with tubs) on the higher floors?

Maybe it's just me, but wish the Wilderness Lodge was left alone. Now since half of it was converted to Vacation Club, the other half that is still just regular rooms have more than dobled in price. Too bad.
everything Disney has doubled in price. I agree, I like the old Wilderness lodge and the old Roaring fork. The new menu is just so so. We miss the cucumber salad.
@@robertabell8406 Yeah I know. Use to get Moderate Resorts for 100-120, now they are over $200, and could get the Wilderness Lodge for $200...now it's $400-500 so can't afford it. Been staying at the Coronado Springs mostly
@@fauguy23 I know what you mean. I remember staying at Caribbean Beach (back with free regular dining plan) in September of many years ago. Every time you turn around, there's little/big jumps in prices. New folks don't know the difference.
Do the deluxe studios come with a hair dryer and magnifying mirror?
Yes
Do all of the rooms have balconies?
Every room has a balcony or patio.
I once had a view of 3 roof tops (hips and valleys), where people had thrown garbage out on (nasty garbage from the bathroom, if you know what I mean) So there are some views that are not great.
Are all of the copper creek deluxe studios on the first floor?
No. There are deluxe studios on every floor.
