I buy albums and page protectors from Ali when she has sales and postage is only $15 international. I have just switched from a 12 x 12 to a 9 x 12 and have decided to go monthly instead of weekly. Enjoying it so far.
I LOVE We R Memory Keepers 12x12 project life page protectors. Amazon has them. I’m taking a lot less pictures each month so for 2020 I’m moving down to a 6x8 album but I’m keeping my 12x12 pages for future and other projects.
I am so glad you said it Adelle. I too feel cold when it rains. Yesterday we went to A Day on the Green in Brisbane. It rained much of the time we were there and I wished I had a jumper as well as my poncho.
Loved the video, especially the snaps of Archie and the giant plane and the babyccino one. Glad Violet cooperated with some crafty time for you. 24 sounds like a lovely summer day to me! It's snowing here, but mild at -6.
Sometimes I "cheat" when I want a different pocket page layout than I have and will put it together on a 12X12 blank page and put in 12X12 protector. Saw another scrapbooker doing this when she ran out of individual pocket pages or just to straight up save money and use up 12X12 papers she wasnt going to use.
Never knew Becky wasn’t making any more physical products. I love the design a sleeves too so will definitely have to stock up on these. Also struggling to find the albums too so may have to stick up on these too. I usually get mine online via amazon or hobby craft/ my little magpie which are uk companies. X

I like the idea and have started playing with it of doing a mixture. If I have Lots of photos, I do a 12x12 double page like book ends with a different size with the rest of the photos inside.

I tend to buy my 12x12 from Amazon and Scrapbook.com and cut them down and fuse them or sew them when I need a smaller pocket size. Love the idea of just using a 12x12 paper and the journal cards to fake a pocket page though!
Nice to see you back in 12x12 land! I have wanted to try the 9x12 format, aesthetically it appeals to me for Project Life / Pocket Pages, but I just cannot justify the postage costs. I was wondering what was up with the Project Life website selection I’m so glad to finally know what was up, but I’m definitely not happy they aren’t doing physical anymore. A lot of people were depending on them continuing so they can keep their scrapbooks the same. They have put it out before that they would be a dependable brand/source so it’s pretty disappointing.
Love your videos. No such thing as too many photos! (says the person with thousands of photos). If I run out/100% stop making them, I suppose I'll stick cards/photos to a 12x12 paper. Because I also have thousands of PL cards
Is there ever such a thing as too many photos? I think my worst case was when I scrapped 63 (12x12) pages for one day at Disneyland. And I live down the street from there so it's not like it's a once in a lifetime thing! I too am worried about the future of BH and her pages. I go to Scrapbook.com and We R Memory Keepers. I'm always checking Amazon as well. Thanks for sharing and I'm so glad you're back into 12x12! We can always go down to smaller for some events if there aren't as many photos, right? But you can't go bigger if you have a smaller album... 😁💕

I haven’t bought any from them yet so I’m not sure how the quality is, but I’m also bummed that Becky Higgins stopped production on physical products. I’ve been hoarding whatever protectors I have left. I still need to finish my college years albums 😩
I was very disappointed to get the email from Becky Higgins about Project Life and the existing stock of Project Life items is rapidly disappearing from UK stores. I am so glad I bought about 26 12 by 12 albums a few years ago when they were in the sale in Hobbycraft and Craftelier for about £14 each. I also have quite a lot of page protectors. Hopefully someone will continue at least doing the 12 inch protectors so when I run out of PL I can go back to just doing 12 inch pages as I used to do.
I was peed off that Becky has stopped physical PL products....I have been randomly buying protectors when I see them....I think I have enough for two years 😬 I’m hoping someone else will come out with Design A style protectors in bulk. Loving your layouts xx
Hello from Ontario Canada!! I am brand new to pocket scrapbooking and was wondering how you plan your pages? I have done one layout and it took forever! I felt stuck because of the sizes of my photos and the orientation of the photo slots on the plastic pocket sheet. Hope that makes sense!
Hi Adele, scrapbook.com have A design 12x12 page protectors both Becky Higgins and their own brand. The scrapbook.com brand are great, good quality and a little cheaper and postage is not too bad 💗
I thought Becky Higgins was just not creating any NEW physical product designs, but that they would still be selling the existing products (page protectors etc). I might have that wrong, so don’t quote me on it!

I get them from hobby lobby, a craft store in the USA. They are crazy inexpensive when they are half off, I’m not sure if they mail overseas
