Exactly, hulk is a child at first, he isn't bruce. So as he grows up and becomes smarter, he isn't akways angry , although the anger is a big part of him, so it needs to be bith to be successful.
The character was originally going to be called n-word hulk, but it didn’t test well with audiences. Stan Lee was on a six-month medical leave (for undisclosed reasons), and the people covering for him were… let’s say… inexperienced. Any 3rd grader can figure out not to say n-word, but… I forget the guy’s name… he thought it would be fine. Something about since the character IS black, so he’s allowed to say it. When Stan got back, he fired that guy immediately. But as he was considering how to write the press release about how “these are not the values Marvel Comics embraces”, he looked at the almost completely white list of superheroes and realized how over represented Africans and the African diaspora really were. Two months later, they released Blue Marvel and the black supersoldier.
Naaah, I like when the Hulk is chill. Let the dark Hulk be angry 😂
