@@haroon7275 I have no idea sadly as android is secure enough not to root with apks nowadays And I won't recommend rooting as there is no way to reflash back to stock ROM as it is diffcult to find instructions and files to flash

In the past links (July 28, 2022) I found out today - that Android 12 is already out on my device. But I still can't update. I did Apps reset, Wifi reset, Updated My Sharp and My Softbank apps, clearing storage for google play services, Time zone = Japan. I'm using proton vpn - connected in Japan. I will keep trying..
