The presenter was exceptionally engaging. This was my initial introduction to the location she described, and her presentation style was quite charming. Her hand gestures and overall body language added a delightful touch to her demonstration. The finesse with which she performed the cocktail mixing motion suggests she might have experience in that area, perhaps from a previous role as a barista. The penthouse backdrop only enhanced the overall appeal.
@@robertwright4603 Let her find something to which she is better suited. Her pronunciation is atrocious, she should not be allowed in front of the camera.
You are not out of touch. I really enjoy their house tour videos but knowing the local area, £2.8 million for a view of (allegedly) one of Britain's worst hotels (google Grand Burstin) in a run down area on a shingle beach is insane. Also the Harbour arm is good for a beer or two but it is more festival than upmarket. Only credible bit was them eating at Rock Salt which is top notch...
@jimbojetset3306 Maybe I'm out of touch, but it's Folkestone, not St Ives. Nice but not £2,800,000 nice. Would personally value it at probably half the price.
Love the apartment even the furnishings are lovely as well. Question how are they managing flood risk? Folkestone is lovely all year round I think and if I had lottery funds I would move there for sure. Thanks Hannah :) Is there amenities in the building as well? parking/gym/pool :) some people like workspace as well. Both suites are lovely :)
what un incredible area i reeeeeeallly enjoy this tour the exterior and interior designs are beautiful and as usual hannah makes you like the space even if you don't accept it hhh awesome presenter love ittttttttt
It's a lovely place with nice views but that price tag is simply ridiculous, even if I had that sort money I would never pay that. British seaside towns are not the best investments anymore
I think it depends on your lifestyle. I agree, you can get a lot more house for your money inland. But if you have a yacht, 10 years free mooring is worth a lot of money.
And the location isn’t a bonus in reality and you’re going to have to operate years of construction in the area. I’m definitely not sold on it. I think they’ll really struggle to find buyers.
Umm, English coastal style…with all those pebbly beaches? No proper sand in sight. Not to mention that inclement British weather. As for the penthouse, it’s okay if rather modern drab. Hannah’s really trying to sell it though…so doing her job. The view from said penthouse would be very nice on a sunny day and the roof terrace is quite impressive. Folkestone itself is giving me Westcliff vibes too…just a bit nicer.
Nice enough apartment, but no way will they achieve the ridiculous price. Red flags galore - you will be at the mercy of fluctuations in the service charges, more facilities (building site?)are due to be built - are these going to be funded via selling these apartments, some of them will end up being airb&b’s….. no way.
Looks like a hotel. That floor lamp looks like a fungi/mushroom. 😂 The apt isn't to my taste, but I LOVED the history included, but the little town needs to get rid of the graffiti. That's not a good sign.
A cynic might say it's to pump up the price of all the town houses and once they are all sold you will probably find that the "penthouse" sells for a hefty discount...

Very odd presenting. I think shes trying to use vocabulary that is too complicated for her and is getting herself confused resulting in strange and contradictory sentences. She also keeps repeating the word “organic” which gets annoying. Perhaps she would be better working behind the camera or else use simple sentences and words she understands. Maybe also brush her hair?
Sorry but no one and I do mean no one WANTS to live in a condo listening to everybody's BS and paying HOA fee's not even if it was on a southern California beach
The presenter is absolutely fabulous! Really engaging and funny.
The presenter is doing a fabulous job. She's so natural when describing everything! 💯

Maybe I’m out of touch, but is £2.8m for a 2 bedroom apartment in Kent just bonkers?

Excellent presenter well done and Folkestone would never have thought definitely a very interesting video ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hannah is incredible. If they can sell that penthouse for that price they should pay Hannah very well ❤❤😂
Hannah’s clothes match the casual chic of the apartment.
Pleased to see it wasn’t overly decorated.
Looks like an enjoyable friendly space.
Your virtual tour narrative is unparalleled
For that price, I would expect 3 or 4 bedrooms or 2 living spaces at least. It's a beautiful space at a beautiful location
Can't get enough of stunning Hannah.
At this price you could get a beautiful house wiyh pool in the mediterranean

Love the view and the balcony though

@ Kid, exactly, Folkestone ?? No thanks, and of course the British weather, mostly grey skies.
The penthouse has some really weird angles. Even though it is great living at the beach, this is still only the english coast not Malibu.
Очень красивый интерьер, место, время, обстоятельство, все сошлось, дом из детства, хотела бы там жить, прекрасно❤❤❤❤
Brilliant, I would love to live there.
The beach and the sea look cold
It looks like an Italian neighborhood layout. Gorgeous!
Standing in front of a toilet and saying “I need a stool” is 😅 funny.
there's always 1!! ☺
£2.8million for this!? Laughable.😅
I would buy it!

Your comment is just that
You could sit on the balcony and watch all the illegals coming ashore on the boats.

I agree. The presenter truly makes the video. I'll bet she gets snapped up for a TV show.

Only one thing missing , where’s the sunshine 🌞 .
It’s the UK, so thats a rare occurrence 😏
I was wanting to write the same. What sun? 🤣
How much the monthly service charges?
Very well presented. Almost a thousand pounds per square foot in Folkstone is cheeky.
Hannnahhhhhh ❤

Waaaay too expensive
You would have pay me 3 million to live in Folkestone
What did you say the sofa manufactures name was ?

Nice but wasted in this country with the weather I’d hate to live there when it’s really stormy
How the hell do they justify such a super inflated price of £2.8m? Even half that is pushing it

She’s still there, behind the scenes. Maybe producing rather than presenting now? 🤷♂️
1st thought was I hope Gaudis estate don't see the building or else they had to approve it.
Two bedrooms penthouse 😂😂😂
