I dont know where your getting these numbers, you dont get 15-20m a day from level 99 economy( I would know since I have it). But it makes it easy to level up fruit mastery. Superior chest mimics are one of or if not the cheapest investment you can make that will make you tons of diamonds. So that should be a priority. Potions and enchant masteries are a must have at 99.
I got the numbers from another person, might be referring to 24 hours (can't confirm that), also I wouldn't say that potion masteries is a must-have since it truly depends on the player and their gem amount👌🏻
Economy mastery you you can max quickly using secret keys in area 15 (tree house secret free merchant) and at dealer merchant, don't remember which area but also in 1st world where you selling stuff. Those having highest xp

Its use is for getting shards and buckets for huge potions, it is high now but that's because of the clan battle. Also a chance to get huge, but that's only good if you get it every night. If you plan to afk grind the game then might as well right?

Potions is useful especially when using expensive potions like huge hunter potion
