it happens the same to me, I setup up the account 2 months ago, and worked ok. But I wanted to do the same now, and I have the problem Controller operation failed: 404 Updating service "default_portal" failed: Not Found: Error creating service "default_portal" from offering "portal" and plan "standard": Service plan standard not found.

It seems there is a change in the booster. It no longer creates all these services and roles
