Hello Damian.... I had palmed roled locks and my scalp continued to flak even more after getting them... I do work out on a regular and sweat heavy as I'm on a new lifestyle of healthy living...I drink 9 cups of water daily and continue to flake like cradel cap...what can I do to stop this..after watching your video where you mentioned that interlocking is better for the people that are heavy sweaters and work out ofeten so I combed out my rolled locks and re did interlocking sister locks...

Tho I think your vid's r very informative.... Not everyone wants perfect uniform locks, I love my locks they r not like any other persons locks each different and unique:) But 4 those who do like perfect standard locks enjoy those 2 :)

Yes you can, as longs you take very good care of them. moisturize them every other day & KEEP your hands out of your head. let them do what their supposed to do. (Grow & Mature) I have thin hair as well, also be sure to keep your hair clean, clean hair locks up faster than dirty hair.

Davon Dainty DC every week or couple weeks. Castor Oil is good for growth, Natural Creme products are good for twistouts & drinking water for skin & hair growth is essential.
Shea Moisture Moisture Retention Shampoo is GREAT! It is a very moisturizing shampoo! And I have some thick thick thick 4a-4b-4c hair. And the Shea Moisture Curling Smoothie is also good but it is quite thick and no good slip but its is very moisturizing also.

6-8 Weeks is too long, that's false.
I would say two weeks is good enough time to wait to have your first wash.
