      I do believe Zentangle is an art for everyone, not just the artist who say they are artist. We all have a little art in us and this is a great way to express that art. Not to overwhelming. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Melinda, Some of the patterns look complicated and intimidating, but you break them down so I can learn them without struggling. Thanks for your great videos, I have just subscribed. I'm glad I found you!

I am having so much fun learning new designs and ways to doodle and your videos are so easy to follow..i am a visual person, I need to be able to see how it is done rather then read or look at pictures..once I see it, usually I pick it right up..lol..all your videos are perfect for me to follow along!! I have never done Zentangle before but will use your Flux TH-cam as my introduction to Flux for Inktober 2020
      Thank you so much for your delightful videos that make even what I deem as complex, simple enough for me to follow along. I am looking forward to learning more from you during Inktober🖋

    Melinda, why do you always draw the border? What is its significance?

    • @MelindaBarlow
      @MelindaBarlow  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Shruti Ghorpade it is one of the steps in doing a tile. I don't always do borer but it helps when wondering where to stop your tangle on the outside edge of your art. There are 8 steps in the Zentangle method this is one of them.

    Zentangle don't need a teacher! It is the nature of tangeling to do it in your own time , space , material and phantasy. To claim a speciffic pattern as someones own is rediculous .Since people are
    drawing these pattern are in the world !
