All pro bodybuilders start juice early, most in high school so everyone complaining is just small and jealous. Less hating and more gym guys!
Nobody is jealous. All steroids do is hold more water in the muscles than a natural can. How we value watching car wrecks like this as a society is whats disturbing.
You've gotta have the genetics. If you don't and start gear at 17 your dumb. Not saying they can't juice. But I'd wait til 21 and start low
You need muscle maturity first. Take it to your natural limit then jump on the gear. If you start too early, you’re going to ruin your physique. It’s going to be harder to balance out your body symmetry. Lots of pro’s advocate for muscle maturity.

Sam will get creamed standing on a competitive stage... Not even a chance. Hes a young kid blasting gear that will sooner or later have health complications.

The guy who got smacked at the gym got smacked because he was hogging the squat rack doing rack pulls for 3 reps and 10min rests for over an hour
Question for Vic - I am prior service US Air Force “tactical athlete” and am now lifting like a bodybuilder to see how much bigger I can go. I am 32, 5’11” and just hit 180lb all the way up from 160lb in 6 months. My goal now is to grow as much as I can with minimal gear. How much does discipline and mindset play into being a professional bodybuilder? And how high would you rank “mental toughness” as a quality for success bodybuilders.
You won’t be competitive high ranks with “minimal” anything so just forget it just stay healthy and bodybuild naturally or minimal gear for yourself

I was surprised by Victor's commentary on CBum vs Dino; nothing on the actual physique (you know, the polished overall look, the better structure, the ridiculously nearly unmatched details, etc,...).
Sutlej and bumstead are making their journey fun, most bb are to self obsessed to put anything interesting out , sulker and bumstead know how to speak

Happy holidays boys !! My question: About Leg training..how do you manage the lactic acid point, every time i do legs i try to hit it hard as i can but the lactic acid build up so fast and feel sore 2-3 days even with good hydration..good diet and supplements (magnesium,zinc etc)

It sucks that so many Pros that we look up to, don't get... The people want daily, weekly content, why Mags ended, we love the 80's and 90's looks of Pros but their dedication to Fans sucked! I hardly ever comment on these things. This is a great channel..but I think we're forgetting that we are men in our 40s. He's a 20 something year old kid in college...hes just doing his thing. And the only reason that anybody says anything or wants to report on him is because they want to get the viewership that he is able to garnish. Because he has a huge audience, I think everybody just wants to tap into that... in reality, he's not bringing anything that is relevant to 40 year old body builders. It looks weak to report on him just to get the viewership

Sulek's popularity isn't mainly about his physique, I don't even think he's talked about ever competing. His approach and appeal with the masses is his personality and his very basic real presentation. They miss the boat in this discussion, and btw don't title it after the guy if you aren't going to add chapters or start with that topic. Couldn't care less about the other content. Lol
Guys like Sulek are better off not competing.... Competing in bodybuilding is overrated... Make more money off the stage....
