@@nitingoel thank you for your precious time. But I am talking about the example no. 4 where abc isn’t taken into consider. While as in example 3 the bank is taken into consideration as personal account. Shouldn’t that be done with abc in example 4 where commission is taken from that (abc).
only one rule is sufficient to explain every type of transcation.no need of 3 rules as given in book or u r teaching.as u give example of purchasing a building by cash account by ur second rule..i m explaining it again with only the first rule which is debit the receiver and credit the giver. " for purchasing the building i have transfered money from my cash account to building account. in this who receives the money,building account so it is debited and who is giver,cash account so cash account is credited"...............every type of transcation in accounts can be explained by a single rule only. no reason to tell 3 rules which creates more confusion for novice students. u r doing a great job . keep it up and teach students
I am so glad that koi hai jo confidently galat tareeke se padhne ki koshish karta hai. Achcha agar same rule to Udhaar mei machinery purchase karne mei pehle rule se kya entry karenge. Aur dusri baat Machinery Kuchh receive kaise karegi. Wo to ek Tangible Thing hai. Pwrson to hai nahi. Please knowledge lene ke liye first have acceptance. Ye channel galat padhane ke liye nahi hai. So have faith and study well. 😊✌

Writer of d books are also people...i m not saying that u r wrong u r right but why we do the things in more complex way if we can grapse d things in a very very simple way. And i m not a student dear neither i m interested in studying. I saw ur video in home page of utube so saw it. I left the accounts 20 years back😁
I am glad to know that You are not the student. And Still i will say the logic you want to put with one rule cannot be applicable at all. There is only one rule which can be used That is. Debit all Assets . And Credit all Liabilities. If this could be any other subject I could have said ki Things might have changed. You left Accounts 20 years back. And I am teaching Accounts for last 24 years. Its not about following blindly. Its about the framework of accounting as per GAAP AND IFRS. any ways. Thanks for your Feedback. 👍👍😊
