Gregory was NOT playing!! 😂 But seriously I was really mad at the parent who brought her son back to school with that, now everyone's at risk! And I know it happens all the time irl but I would've been really mad if I got it. And he's I have worked with kids before and have caught things from them before and it's never fun...
When my daughter was in day care, a parent doped her son up with cough medicine and dropped him off. By noon he was coughing and snoting all over the place. Day care worker called her up and asked was he sick? This woman said yes, but I gave him cough medicine he should be fine. He wasn't. It was her day off of work and she wanted some alone time. They made her come get him.
Yeeeah No....the Staff shouldn't have let her drop him off in the first place I am saying this as a child care worker...the fact he was allowed to be dropped off WITH MEDICATION WHICH IN A GOOD CHILD CARE FACILITY KIDS AREN'T ALLOWED TO JUST CARRY AROUND THEMSELVES BTW.... Like Why did you keep your daughter at that place?? We've had kids who have green snot show up and we tell parents that we can't keep them if they have had a fever or thrown up in the last 24 hours... also I would have reported that parent to CPS....as a Mandatory reporter I would not only be required too as sending a Sick Child into school while you are home doing NOTHING is a form of Neglect..... and if someone ever does this as a parent I have learned They dont deserve to be parents
@@Myrathosghost What are you even going on about? It sounds like the parent gave the kid cough medicine before they came to day care. As in, had them take it by mouth and sent them to day care. How should the day care workers have known? If you get this worked up and assume the worst out of everyone without having the facts, you probably need to seek some type of help. I agree the parent is trash, but there's no indication the day care employees knew about the medication until they called the parent.

Agreed. She shouldn't made her son go back to school when he was infected so he could spread it to everyone else, but I thought her note was funny.
@lilmama121 I couldn't even laugh at it I was so irritated 😫

I agree, it doesn’t matter if school is over or not if your child is sick or has something contagious keep that child at home.
