      Sir, yeh price is wajah se hai kyunki society mein 18 acres ka greenery hai aur total 35 acres ka project hai. Isliye yeh worth buying hai. Is location mein aas-paas ke plots ₹1.10 lakh per gaj tak ja rahe hain.
