I'm surprised you don't see these in use in more videos seems like a very good machine. No visible steering linkage, does this operate like a skid steer or zero turn by braking one wheel to allow it to turn?
These old machines are unfortunately becoming extremely uncommon, and I guess that the reason is that they aren’t very comfortable to spend a long day inside. They seem to work really well technically though, despite the old age. Yes, that is correct. The rear wheels are rotating freely like the wheels on a shopping cart, and the steering is achieved by adjusting the relative speed of the front wheels. Thanks for the comment! 👍🏼
