So helpful. After dealing with migraines for more than a decade, and visiting at least 4 different neurologists, all kinds of treatments, tests and medications prescribed (including anti-seizure meds!), injections, etc. my last neurologist recommended these supplements almost exactly what is mentioned on this video. They have been absolutely life changing. No other neurologist mentioned any of them (they were all male, btw, except the last one.) Headaches are down to maybe one per week and definitely less extreme. Thank you so much for this information. It is life saving.

Can you please confirm the recommended dosage of Vitamin B2? I’m confused if it should, or should not, be 400 mg. Thank you so much.

That is the dose that's recommended by the American Academy of Neurology. But as Dr. Barrett mentioned she prefers using a lower dose in combination with other supplements. If you're interested here is some other reading on Vitamin B2 - medlineplus.gov/druginfo/natural/957.html

@@NationalHeadacheFoundation thank you - what is the lower dose Dr. Barrett prefers?

@@PeggyFreeman-y3j The dosage of B2 that you find in multivitamins would be the lower end of the the dosage she recommends.
