Arms Dealer is so crazy powerful that it isnt even something where you can go "Well this is too meta so I dont wanna take it cause its boring". Its so strong its just griefing yourself for not picking it if its available.

Frankly I think the yoyo ban was mostly meant to hit the bird double up heal, bees to an extent, and the extremely rare double yoyo infinite. I hope it comes back slightly functional, possibly just at a high rarity or something.

Wow, I'm sure Tempo simulates games with real player's builds to gather balancing data and this build would surely have a near perfect win rate after millions of simulated matches.
Pyg having both the best econ and the best scaling is a fundamental problem. I suspect you could cut most of his scaling in half and he'd still be busted. Regal Blade does not need 80 damage per sale at diamond. He's also the character with the most amount of passive stuff that buffs you from within the bag - you could take away arms dealer entirely and we'd still be running into late game Pygs with 10k+ health. Ultimately I think if most if not all of his items that gave permanent buffs instead just scaled off of value and had their abilities tied to that instead that might go a long way. If I were designing him from scratch, I would make him all about econ and requiring obscure specific combos to be strong, and Pyg specific vendors would all allow infinite rerolls - so you use your large sums of money to sort through the sales of the bazaar to find that one rare item for your collection. And add a new "employee" tag that applies to many of his stronger, more common options, items that cost money to activate. Regal Blade might be okay as is if it cost 1% of its damage in gold per swing... 👀

its crazy last fight went on for 5 regal blade hits. This build looked impossible to build yet there is a second pig making it look close :PP

So, I believe I saw somewhere that the old sword does work when you sell it as long as you sell from the board and not your pack.
