a complete cinematic masterpiece. excellent use of dramatic eye contact. i'm going to have to rate it an 8/10. the loss of two points is because, sadly, it makes no fucking sense. however, this is a short film for the ages. the fact that it didn't win an oscar, or at least a golden globe in 2012 is a reflection of the decline of taste in the academy and hollywood as a whole. absolute banger, would recommend to a friend.

We enter at the last interview of the day, carried out by "supposedly" by somebody in HR. (Keep in mind that in Europe it's very difficult to fire somebody, so many companies make the hiring process as stringent as possible.) He asks very direct questions: "Do you smoke? Are you looking to advance considering your age? Your last jobs haven't been stable, why weren't you given a long term contract? etc. Did you complete your mandatory military service? (Which is a joke here because it isn't mandatory) Are you planning on having a family? Is your husband employed? What hobbies do you have? etc." The HR rep is looking for lies, then goes on to defend himself saying that his job is difficult too...that the process of hiring somebody isn't fun, not everybody can do it. Then, as he asks to see her newspaper, he catches her in a small lie...about whether she's looking for employment in other places. At the end, she feels that the interview didn't go well. This isn't the end, however. The gentleman giving the interview was also being interviewed. He was being observed, in another room, by the company's administration. The economy in Spain at this time was particularly difficult...but isn't it everywhere? This is a "dog eat dog" world as people with few resources struggle to survive - where humans ARE the resources. The video effectively shows this cruelty.

este ejemplo de entrevista, es la forma equivocada de realizarla, no se puede ser invasivo y mucho menos buscar que condicionar al postulante, el evaluador no tiene la menor idea de lo que realmente es el rol del reclutador, y mucho menos de la gestión de RRHH
