This set is absolutely spectacular- I hope those kids know how incredibly lucky they are to have such awesome & detailed set design!! Fantastic work! It’s clear that a lot of thought & heart & math & measuring went into this production!
This is very cool. I do set design for my twin daughters elementary school and I am the only parent that gets involved most years. I would love to build something like this for them this year. Are the plans available to purchase?
Hi, my dad built these sets and he doesn't recommend anyone trying this type of set as it was so complicated to build and took a tone of trial and error outside of the actual plans, and were pretty delicate because the had to be made so light in order to pop up correctly. He says "don't try this at home!"

I am a two degree engineer and former set builder for many productions and have done something similar but the dimensions of the castle fold would be fantastic. as I mentioned I would be willing to pay for the designs if they are available.

I am not an engineer, so the drawings only mean something to me, but I can share them to give you an idea of the dimensions (no payment needed, we're all in this together!). If you email me at my company, Jones Advertising in Seattle, you can go to the contact page and email me, and I'll send you the drawings with some caveats on what did and didn't work well, and some suggestions on how to fix these issues.
