They never mention “City of Industry” in which she had a small part as a topless dancer. Yes, she did play the part topless but that part showing her topless on stage dancing was edited out in the DVD version.
I appreciate it when people can focus on their work and do it well and they have other important obligations too, families and staying healthy, and i wouldn't want such things to distract from that, if the person is not so inclined. She has a small child! These people have the right to not have to entertain their audience around the clock.
Having to wait almost a whole year for the next season is one reason people don't return to watch. I suspect we'll get around ten episodes and that will be the end of season six. This is why I don't watch shows like this on network TV.
13 episode short season was approved initially. While it was in production, the order was expanded to 21, so there's likely to be a mid season break. Season 7 is also already renewed. Fundamentally, i disagree, i think the last season dragged on and didn't have focus, a lot of it felt like a waste of time. If the show can deliver a focused and memorable experience in a short season, people will remember and return. Most of the world doesn't have 50 episode seasons and doesn't complain about the viewers dropping off! Viewers don't return or drop off if they were bored to begin with. What i find really grating though are pauses that drag on for two years, i'd rather have yearly 6-episode mini-seasons than that.
Season 6 is more political and of course ALL from a progressive viewpoint. I love the show but do we need episode after episode of Hollywood inserting the cliche jabs? Only fools in Hollywood think towing the progressive line is brave, creative, etc. It's EXPECTED. The absence of such crap was refreshing.....the show is now diminished.
So glad they weren't cancelled. A quality show with great writing and brilliant actors.
