Love this tutorial!! It’s so helpful!! You make it approachable to practice challenging moves. I am so grateful. Also, the music in the background is gentle and pleasing.. it really adds to the experience.
My girlfriend loves to watch dancing shows . I want her to watch some of the tutorial lessons. She would be excited just to break into it and good fitness workouts. Im going to pay close attention to the lessons and hope she will adapt after her hip surgery.
Im a heavy metal drummer and I would love to have shuffle dancing in the stage acts on stage .
I have grown to respect this and it is totally about timing and fitness music is mostly 4/4 6/4 -8/4 music

thnx I will have to take this slower I'm partly crippled so will not be able to jump and shuffle as well but I tried and want to practise this, it is easy and I can maybe gain some leg and body strength but will have to be careful, I have to hold onto the chair or wall while doing it but it is a fun dance. God bless this might be easier for me to do in a swimming pool
