One thing that I never see anyone bring up is that when Yelena tells Natasha about the mind control antidote, it never gets replicated after the final use on Antonia. Natasha never asks Melina to make another vile, even though she knows Bucky is in Wakanda where it took them two years to get the HYDRA programming out of him.
