A dealer in my town told me that there are delayed supplies..
Hero comes out with so many models and variants and re-branding all of them, so that it gets confusing to the first time buyer. They did the same with Montra band...one single model has so many variants. This is one reason why I prefer Firefox, Trek or Canondale.

I think I will by i version of this cycle only because of lock feature right now I am intern and travel 32 km daily . So ecycle help 20 to 25 km and 10 km I ride save gym money. I guess this is value for money for me

@maddy I have took your advise . As my budget is around 30k. But if I am getting 7.8ah lithium battery and also removable which I can charge anywhere by paying 3K extra it’s worth it. So I am buying traid E3.
I own a c8. Got it for the gears to be specific. Hero service is good. And it's almost spread over in India and it's an Indian brand. Battrey cannot be removed , its people's choice to take this as a pros or cons. You park your bike somewhere and there can be high chances that someone damages it as it is habitual for people to keep their hands busy.

My friend who owns a c8 has to carry his bike to the forth floor every day. Because if he leaves it down, kids switch it on and off because there is no key on it to disable the battery.

How difficult is to ride electric bike without battery as compared to normal gear cycle?
I have lectro essentia tx single speed. Without electric mode, its similar to riding a single speed cycle. No issues here.

a few years back, you could buy a wheel with a motor attached for 5000 and replace your current bike's front wheel with that. all electric bike kits based on front wheel replacements can be installed under 15 minutes

Bro some most imp corrections in this video.
1. You have not mentioned one of the important features of New Lectro , which is additional warranty.
2. Now C8 is most demanded E- bike in India , all spare and parts are premium than other local bikes and it's previous TM price was 31 K .
3. Plz don't judge only from web site basic info , there are so many changes we have done in all the new E- bikes
And we have done all changes recently .
So web site upgradation is going on .
Detachable battery will launch very soon .
Price increased too much .

In my research Hero is the best bet as quite a few E Bike Start ups have closed down. All are importing from China. Hero being a very old company with huge otlets across India will provide the best after sales service and support.
