Some English covers have to put a lot of effort into making lyrics that follow the same message and point the Japanese version had, that can be really hard because Japanese has various ways of conveying complex topics and things in short ways that would take English a lot longer to convey. There's a sort of art to the crafting of translations for lyrics and when Leeandlie comes up with her own they can be pretty good.

I honestly wouldn't mind a second season from JC Staff, as long as it's just as faithful to the light novels as the first season was. They get too much hate tbh. They're really not that bad. (And yes, I HAVE seen One Punch Man season 2. The animation isn't as bad as everyone claims it is)
At this moment, I’m sitting on a chair in a dark room only with a weak light with me. At this moment I’m listening at the best English version of my favorite Anime opening. And in this moment I’m watching the night and her beauty through a window that saw me growing as a person. I’m there because right now I’ve finished a journey that started really bad and ended nicely with a lot of good and kind people. This is my favorite Anime as I said before, an Anime that remembers me of another good old times even the ones that occurred when I didn’t even know what an Anime or a Manga were. Like a Time Machine or a talisman, the masterpiece of Yū Kamiya and MadHouse, brings me tons and tons of memories and happy times to my mind. I am amazed at how good this song is even though most of the lines dont rime. I wonder if there could be good songs with amazing stories but without rimes as opposed to the repetition our songs have become.
I apologize in advance for this dissertation but I really felt I needed to let people know that this was far more than just an amazing piece of work and to express my gratitude to those involved. Due to the amazing job done here, it would be extremely easy to say that this an amazing piece art just from the delivery and emotional power of the vocals. I feel however that I need to bring up a couple of things that even many musicians may miss and take for granted so that the efforts of those involved are acknowledged. First off, as any anime fan who watches both subbed and dubbed versions can attest, there can be vast differences between the words displayed in the subbed versions as opposed to what's spoken in the same episodes dubbed version. These differences can largely attributed to what is commonly known as "lost in translation" (yes, just like in the movie). One example of this would be when my grandfather purchased a piece of furniture and one of the directions was "Chang the punch in the head". This was literally the instruction for this step. Obviously, this action was not the action that what was shown in the picture. I point this out because even though this is not an action being translated but a sound, a considerable amount of work must go into not only the translation of the words themselves, but also translation of intent (i.e. the chang the punch in the head reference). This is not even taking into account the synchronization of lyrics to the music, which alone is staggering in and of itself. That it can be done not only at all, but so smoothly as well astounds me. Thank you so much for all of the hard work by everyone involved (even the frustrated people who just want to spend time with friends who are either too busy to do so or are the ones waiting to finish to spend the time with their friends) to create this amazing piece of art. Bringing these amazing songs to me in this way really helps me connect more with not only the music, but the anime as well. Again, thank you all so very much! P.S. Additionally I want to express my appreciation for the amazingly incredible video that was included as you went so far above and beyond what I would ever dreamed for with not only the captioning bot montage as well. My mind has been utterly blown with this production.
This song perfectly capture's Lelouche's personality. he's a game player not afraid to take risks. He is well versed in opportunity and has more than once lost a battle if it meant winning a war. He will not sit by as the world order changes. He will put his pride life on the line untill he "wins this game". All the while the strain forming an inner conflict, the darkness in his heart that he faces, teetering on the edge between selfless saviour and getting sucked into the power vaccum becoming no better than his father. I don't think High School of the Dead has any chance of being animated past season 1 seeing as one of the creators died a few years back and the other creator doesn't feel like continuing the story with someone taking the other's place (Can't remember if it was the artist or the writer who died). At this moment I’m listening at the best English version of my favorite Anime opening.
And in this moment I’m watching the night and her beauty through a window that saw me growing as a person.
I’m there because right now I’ve finished a journey that started really bad and ended nicely with a lot of good and kind people.
This is my favorite Anime as I said before, an Anime that remembers me of another good old times even the ones that occurred when I didn’t even know what an Anime or a Manga were.

Views only count when someone has watchedba certain amount of the video, so if you clicked a video them immedietally liked and closed the video, the video would ggain a like but no views.
I am amazed at how good this song is even though most of the lines dont rime. I wonder if there could be good songs with amazing stories but without rimes as opposed to the repetition our songs have become.

I apologize in advance for this dissertation but I really felt I needed to let people know that this was far more than just an amazing piece of work and to express my gratitude to those involved. Due to the amazing job done here, it would be extremely easy to say that this an amazing piece art just from the delivery and emotional power of the vocals. I feel however that I need to bring up a couple of things that even many musicians may miss and take for granted so that the efforts of those involved are acknowledged.
First off, as any anime fan who watches both subbed and dubbed versions can attest, there can be vast differences between the words displayed in the subbed versions as opposed to what's spoken in the same episodes dubbed version.
These differences can largely attributed to what is commonly known as "lost in translation" (yes, just like in the movie). One example of this would be when my grandfather purchased a piece of furniture and one of the directions was "Chang the punch in the head". This was literally the instruction for this step. Obviously, this action was not the action that what was shown in the picture.
I point this out because even though this is not an action being translated but a sound, a considerable amount of work must go into not only the translation of the words themselves, but also translation of intent (i.e. the chang the punch in the head reference). This is not even taking into account the synchronization of lyrics to the music, which alone is staggering in and of itself. That it can be done not only at all, but so smoothly as well astounds me.
Thank you so much for all of the hard work by everyone involved (even the frustrated people who just want to spend time with friends who are either too busy to do so or are the ones waiting to finish to spend the time with their friends) to create this amazing piece of art. Bringing these amazing songs to me in this way really helps me connect more with not only the music, but the anime as well. Again, thank you all so very much!
P.S. Additionally I want to express my appreciation for the amazingly incredible video that was included as you went so far above and beyond what I would ever dreamed for with not only the captioning bot montage as well. My mind has been utterly blown with this production.

This song perfectly capture's Lelouche's personality. he's a game player not afraid to take risks. He is well versed in opportunity and has more than once lost a battle if it meant winning a war. He will not sit by as the world order changes. He will put his pride life on the line untill he "wins this game". All the while the strain forming an inner conflict, the darkness in his heart that he faces, teetering on the edge between selfless saviour and getting sucked into the power vaccum becoming no better than his father. But if he keept the right voice in his mind, the person this is alll for, he will face the sun and rise.
Edit: I'm such a dumbass. i thought this was a Code Geass ST because it came up as a video when i searched amalee code geass. Still I feel like it can apply well to Lelouch

I don't think High School of the Dead has any chance of being animated past season 1 seeing as one of the creators died a few years back and the other creator doesn't feel like continuing the story with someone taking the other's place (Can't remember if it was the artist or the writer who died). So without the manga continuing the anime doesn't have much reason to go on.
