I would find the deals and oversee things and he would provide the funding, we would split the cashflow 50/50. 10 years and 120 doors later at 28 and I’m still rich, and would still be rich even without real estate. Anyway, where’s my burger?
I rolled up in some junk yard ready 1990 mustang. Half rusted away but mechanically good. No exhaust pipe after the headers, skinny little road tires on the front, and beefy looking off road tires were on the rear. The thing was ready for a Mad Max movie. Damn i miss that car!
