Just a thought, what if you put the ottoman in the corner with the windows, chairs or couch infront of tv with a rug. when you mentioned the office you have built in happening I just think having a desk at the end of the built in by the door would be so nice and you could still do a bench that adds seating later and have your bar near the wine fridge.
