It's the most popular and primary gate for the port. The train station and airport bus stop are both here. Several ticket kiosks are just inside the entrance. I'm fine calling it the main gate.
What about the big cruise ships? Im staying at the 360 Hotel and then I’m taking a Holland American ship out of this port for a Mediterranean cruise. Taking the train would be ideal. Can I walk or take a bus to the ship from this ferry location?
Some options: Walk: Depending on which cruise terminal you're going to, it might be a walkable distance (usually about 20-30 minutes) if you don't have much luggage. Taxi: Available outside the Piraeus metro station. This is probably the easiest and most direct way to get to the cruise terminals but if you're getting in a taxi already you might as well take it all the way from central Athens. Bus: The X80 bus runs from Syntagma in central Athens and makes a stop at the Cruise Terminals. There are also internal port buses but these are less reliable. Shuttle: Some cruise lines offer shuttle services from the Piraeus metro station to the cruise terminals. Check with your cruise line.

Is it safe to catch the Metro at 7am or earlier?😅
03.43 It's in fact the entrance to Gate E7. There is no "main entrance" to the port.

Do you perhaps know what time is the first train to piraeus, I need to be at the port at 7
Between 5am and 5:30am. Lots of time to get to the port for early ferry departures.
