If you've seen Axel's latest SC-reading VOD (the one right after this cover came out), he did give a really good tip to everyone wanting to do a cover (esp. with Vocaloid) --- you don't just sing the song as it is, you also have to own the song as if it's completely your song and not "copying" someone else's song.
