Dear Jatin, Specific communities or societal groups in which we live and work sometimes codify their beliefs about obligatory and forbidden conduct in a written set of principles, often called a code of ethics. Explicit rules or standards that identify specific behaviors required of community members are referred to as standards of conduct. IFT Support Team
The bystander effect refers to a phenomenon in which the greater the number of people present in a situation, the lesser the likelihood of them helping someone requiring help in that situation. Basically, Bystander Effects says that if someone had an accident, then if there are more people present at the spot then there will be an increased likelihood that most of them wouldn't come to help that person and act as bystanders because responsibilities and duties become translucent and most of them think that the other person would help the distressed person.
