Risk and Money management is one of the most slept on concept. This is the key to the castle that most traders don't get. Think about it, let's take this example you have a risk to reward ratio of 1;3, and you take 10 trades risking 200 USD in each trade, and maybe you lose 7 trades and win 3 trades right. So let's do the Math each of those trades you lost are worth 200 USD each ; 200 × 7 = 1400, and the trades you won were 3 of which you were risking 200 USD to make 600 USD in risk to reward ratio of 1;3, right, so it's 600 × 3 = 1800... so 1800 - 1400 = 400 USD. So basically you are still profitable even after having lost 7 trades out of 10. That's the Magic of Risk management Traders.
@@godsonprogress Thanks for asking, on average my win rate is about 50% to 68%,but don't get this wrong,I do incur loosing streaks and winning streaks...but what keeps me going in profit in times of loosing streaks is my risk to reward ratio.. that's what's makes me to be profitable like about 80 to 90% of the time

When I was a beginner I took a $100 account to $200 before I hit the failure button later on🤣
