Golden Copper Hand Tied Hair Extension Install and Styling | Hairstylist Coloring Tips

While I adore copper hair shades, achieving the perfect hue often requires multiple color applications (especially if you are custom coloring blonde wefts to have a copper tone). Remember, attaining that ideal copper tone is a journey, so don't be disheartened if you need to apply your color more than once!
My client received 1.5 rows of 22" hand tied extensions. I mixed a variety of warmer blonde dimensional wefts with 2 darker copper wefts. All of her wefts were custom colored.
Here is her FORMULA FOR HER EXTENSIONS -
All # 30's (2- darker natural copper colored wefts) - toned 9AA Shades
24/18A's(2) , Aspens (2), 613-18A (1) All of these are a variety of blonde wefts that were filled - 8C 1oz, 9G 1/2 oz for 20 mins.
- washed all blonde wefts and re colored with Colorance 9KG with 5 drops of orange and 10 drops of yellow. (processed for 20 mins)
Then washed again and recolored ONLY the Aspens (2 of them) to create a deeper copper using Colorance 7KG 15 ml, and 8OR 5 mil with 10 drops of yellow for another 20 minutes.
