Follistatin opposes myostatin and is present in high amounts in FERTILE chicken eggs, I was just wondering if you knew of it being in a normal egg yoke that would be found at the supermarket ( non fertilised ) I’ve been trying to find a definitive answer on this question. @@mobiuscolors7459 yeah I mean the eggs you would get in the supermarket......this is the natural way and is something that's long term.....not sure if you are talking from a perspective of professional bodybuilding.....if so there are alternatives to it but that's not natural
@@mobiuscolors7459 Follistatin wont lower myostatin, it just binds to myostatin preventing it from binding to the activin llB receptor, its pretty much like the effect of SHBG on tesyosterone

I couldn’t find any info on whole eggs lowering myostatin. Are you referring to the high follistatin in embryonic egg powder ?
Its like opening up the genetic lock an individual has ......so eating whole eggs is good

Follistatin in eggs is destroyed by any type of cooking
