Realme 3 is better as it has AI chip P70.it will automatically set priority to those apps used most.this AI tech is available in costly chip such as snapdragon 845.chroma boost and etc.
Realme 3 at 8999 is killer deal.. With updates it will perform much better. Note 7 is good but still i dont like miui(ads+bugs longterm) So for cameras would like to invest on realme 3 . Because camera optimization of realme devices are awesome. Only issue is portrait mode.

On my Realme 3.. I play PUBG at lowest graphics (Smooth) and highest frame rate. Even at lowest graphics setting Realme 3 gives better performance than my Moto One Power which is full HD phone. So what's the use of HD graphics in my Moto? I use gfx tool in Moto One Power. Whereas in Realme 3 No gfx tool required. Shadows of tree, clouds in sky, beautiful view from top when you jump with parachute, no frame drops, no heating, no lag.. Whereas Moto with Snapdragon 636 has frame drops and weaker performance (compare to Realme 3) even with gfx tool...
