3010 Diesel and 1209 haybine is what I cut hay with on my grandfather's dairy farm when I was a teenager in the 1980's in Wisconsin.😊 GREAT memories!👍

I understand that J Deere worked with industrial designers to make sure that their tractors not only ran and worked well but that they looked good too. That good looking 3010 is proof that they got it right!

Look like it was running along real good to me

I wouldn't want any animals running around while I'm running equipment. Just too much chance of an accident. There's enough you have to pay attention to without that distraction.

Nice crop, dont see much Alfalfa around me in the south. We have a 1209 that I never got to see work so it was nice to see one in action as ours is getting scrapped since the rollers are toast. Thanks for the video and you got a new sub from me.

I never see alfalfa in NC. Does it even grow in the south? I know it’s good feed, I just never see it. Maybe Im not looking hard enough 🤣

@@bobcrone6151 There are varieties Alfalfa that grow in the south developed by the University of Georgia called Bulldog 505 and 506 I think for south and north Georgia. Was going to try it but the timing hasn't worked out for me.

One rear wheel on the back of the tractor is a bit wider than the other one right? Or am I wrong

Just the way we do it except we usually use a 3020.... Sometimes the A but mostly the 3020.
