You've just inspired me to wash the white and grey alpaca that's been sitting in my laundry for the last several months. You're right - it's too nice to be sitting and not getting spun and used. :)
Little secret my alpaca has been sitting in my house for 3 years, not counting how long it was sat in someone else's before I bought all their fiber off them. They defo needed processing xx
😮 I thought that was actually a light tan colored fiber! Yeah, I think it's straight to the carder or blending board... No picker. That alpaca is wonderful! From what I've read and understand, alpaca is close to fine merino as far as spin goes. 🤷♂️
I've been doing some research too, so I think I've got this. And I know right I was all ready for 3 colours not 2 just white and grey now tan/cream it's so weird I love it x
