On my side, now way how strong I have been pulling, there was no way I could remove it. I have broken my plastic tools because there is no space to insert them, and I am short of finding a reversible solution (eg a solution that allows me to remount it afterwards)

Its is easy just follow the procedure
Did you get it? Was it the housing that you are talking about? In the video it's already popped off when they slide it out.
