- I went on a trip darn sarf to appear on Jack's Happy Hour podcast last week. Naturally, while I was down there, I thought I'd better clock the tastiest looking food challenge England's capital has to offer...Polo 24 Hour Bar's infamous pancake stack.
15 minutes to scoff one humongous mountain of creamy, fluffy, fruity goodness. If you're victorious, the £35 meal is on the house and you get a free bottle of Prosecco too!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I honestly like the idea of you doing a video series where you bring on random friends or guests and surprise them with joining you in a challenge! Love the banter!
This would be fantastic. Or just a random street person. In Vegas, grab a random, pay for their meal and see if they can smash.

Adding a "regular" eater for comparison is a way cool idea. It provides a better "scale" of the meal for us watching in amazement! I think he got MUCH farther than I would have! Beard was an unstoppable entity as usual --- great job all around, gents!
I wish your comment had gotten more likes, maybe he would've given your idea a go for a few videos. I'm sure he can find plenty of people willing to participate and even pay for their meals if they can't finish. Oh well.
I agree. I enjoy the episodes where he has Mrs. Beard or his sister try to tackle a challenge with him. But everyone knows going into those ones that they're not going to make a serious effort at the challenge. It's more about the entertainment factor of just having another person there to banter with, which I do appreciate.
But this was entertaining from the perspective of seeing a regular person with a regular type appetite making an honest effort at actually trying to complete the challenge and having that contrasted side by side with the professional eater.
