    Nice, thanks!
My TC2 end cap tube has two tabs and on mine both were broken and it eventually wore through the cap.
It looks like fmf sells the cap, tube and rivets for $40.
Funny because my old TC2 from 2014 never had an issue, I only replace it because it was pretty bent.
Keep your old parts for backups!

To properly seal muffler you need to apply the red rt to the flange first then insert muffler cap on. Otherwise the way they are showing to do it it will ware off and you will have to start over because it was not sealed correctly. Not as easy as they make it look it took me all day trying to get it apart then wire wheeling cleaning all the parts and repacking it another day. Do able but a real pain also make shure holes are lined up or you will have another fight on your hands. Know the hard way is the route i took and dont wish to do again you will thank yourself if you do what i said here.

I really enjoyed your video thank you for making it and sharing it. I own a FMF Q2 exhaust for a Honda CR500 which has started getting noisy. The exhaust has a special baffle built into it to reduce the decibel level, but looks similar to your Turbinecore, I now know what to do to strip and repack it, thanks.
